Job Summary
Support the delivery of Cancer Research UK's quality monitoring program by conducting field observations, shadowing fundraisers, and supporting mystery shopping and call listening initiatives. Identify and report on trends in fundraiser compliance and standards to key stakeholders, ensuring learnings are tracked and acted upon. Deliver inspiring training presentations to fundraisers across the UK and virtually, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to create engagement tools and materials. Maintain team trackers and logs while ensuring equality and diversity are considered in all decisions. This 9-month fixed-term role involves full-time hours, nationwide travel, and onsite competency-based interviews.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within a customer facing fundraising or sales role
- This role will require regular travel, at least 2 days per week
- Strong planning, organisational and record keeping skills, with an ability to manage multiple changing priorities and tasks from start to finish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of communicating with diverse audiences and conveying key messages in an effective and inspiring way
- Strong training and presentation skills
- Ability to demonstrate face to face fundraising/sales skills within the field
- Experience of working and delivering with some autonomy
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word
