Training and Placement Manager

Organize summer and winter internships with high conversion potential while collecting job descriptions from corporate representatives and sharing them with students in a timely manner. Manage relationships with existing and prospective clients to bring in new clientele, arrange campus interview facilities, and track all placements through systemized methods. Counsel students regularly to increase job acceptance rates, advocate for skill-market alignment, and guide them from interview to on-boarding. Plan and execute skill training programs, seminars, and industry visits featuring industry veterans, while collaborating with the Student Placement Committee, Heads of Department, and Deans. Achieve annual recruitment targets by engaging corporates for strategic activities like workshops and competitions, and work with key stakeholders including Alumni, Faculty, and Administration to meet university objectives.
