Job Summary
Design and implement training programs for Center staff and local fatherhood organizations; develop and manage the annual training calendar; conduct needs assessments; coordinate trainings, workshops, and professional development sessions; manage the Center’s training portal; evaluate training effectiveness and use data to improve learning initiatives; design and administer employee surveys and assessments; analyze survey data and produce actionable reports; monitor organizational climate and implement continuous-improvement initiatives; serve as primary point of contact for training across the statewide network; maintain documentation and ensure consistency in training delivery; this is a full-time, grant-funded role based in Columbia, SC with occasional travel; salary range $55,000–$60,000 commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field—or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in training, organizational development, or related roles
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with survey tools or learning platforms is a plus
