Training and Implementation Specialist

Job Summary
Lead customers through onboarding and implementation of risr/’s assessment solutions, designing scalable learning experiences and clear documentation to enable self-serve onboarding and reduce live training needs. Drive configuration of the platform to meet customer needs, guide users to launch confidently, and collaborate with internal teams to surface insights for product and process improvements; deliver tailored training, create practical learning resources (guides, walkthroughs, SOPs), and translate customer feedback into reusable materials while working remotely with Canadian clients across Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering software system training or onboarding for end users
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong written and spoken English communication for documentation and training
- Curiosity about customer goals and motivations
- Comfort learning new systems and navigating technical details
- Strong problem-solving skills and calm troubleshooting approach
- Experience creating clear, user-focused learning or implementation materials
- Ability to handle sensitive information in line with GDPR and quality standards
- Autonomous work style with collaborative mindset
- Curious, experimental approach to AI and practical application of findings
