Job Summary
Training and Engagement Coordinator responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training curricula and materials for diverse stakeholders (foster youth, caregivers, professionals); facilitating trainings and workshops; leading stakeholder engagement efforts; maintaining a centralized training platform; drafting program tools and policies; and evaluating training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Requires collaboration across teams, strong writing and presentation skills, proficiency with learning platforms, ability to translate complex information into clear materials, and organizational/project management abilities. Remote work from home with potential onsite Missouri training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience developing training programs or educational materials
- Experience presenting training
- Experience with diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with learning management systems or centralized content platforms
- Experience drafting policies, procedures, or operational documentation
- Background in stakeholder engagement, change management, or continuous improvement initiatives
