Job Summary
Training Administration & Customer Support: enter and maintain accurate training transactions in Dynamics CRM; maintain the training catalog in the LMS and on the website; manage the training inbox, CRM cases, and inquiries; provide high-quality customer service to members, regional staff, and training participants; support enrollment and engagement opportunities. Coordinate logistics for live, on-demand, and hybrid training events; collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to drive attendance; track training metrics and perform data hygiene (merges, continuing education records, invoices); prepare and process training contracts and invoices. Based at NFSA Headquarters with occasional travel. Qualifications include 3+ years in administrative support or related roles, proficiency with Microsoft 365, strong communication, and detail orientation. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, LMS and Dynamics CRM experience, nonprofit membership experience, digital marketing experience, and design tool familiarity (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, sales/marketing, or training coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
