Job Summary
Training and Development Manager responsible for leading cyber range training programs, supervising teams, and delivering Army and Joint Cyber Training. Collaborates with leadership and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create effective training objectives. Requires hands-on knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management for training scenarios; DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements and TS/SCI clearance. Based in Franklin, IN with USA-based operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Meets DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements
- TS/SCI clearance
- Minimum 5 years experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments
- Minimum 5 years of supervising experience
- Minimum 2 years experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training
- Experience collaborating with leadership and SMEs to identify training needs and create objectives
- Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management for training scenarios
