Develop and implement training and development programs that support the organization's goals and objectives. Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure program execution aligns with company objectives, while managing external providers and maintaining training records. Monitor program effectiveness and impact, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Stay current with industry trends to improve employee engagement. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in training and development.
