Training and Compliance Manager

Training and Compliance Manager to oversee the Training and Compliance department in the First Aid and Safety division. Lead and develop the team of Training and Compliance Instructors at assigned location(s); responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training while minimizing turnover. Focus on growing the Training and Compliance business, especially classroom training courses. Requires valid driver’s license, experience in recruiting, hiring and training, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Education: High School Diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong leadership, program development, and people-management skills expected to drive training initiatives and ensure compliant operations.
