Job Summary
Training and Compliance Instructor - First Aid and Safety responsible for delivering OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety courses; scheduling and selling training; and collaborating with service teams to ensure OSHA compliance and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have experience in training or teaching, familiarity with safety products, a valid driver’s license, and possibly a Bachelor’s degree; B2B/industrial and outside sales exposure is a plus. This full-time role is based in Canada (Manitoba) and involves in-person instruction and coordination of training services.
Required Qualifications
- A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
- Familiarity with safety products and requirements
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in training, teaching or facilitating
- Business-to-Business, industrial and/or outside sales experience
- Familiarity with safety products and requirements
