Job Summary
Lead and expand training initiatives at NJHRC, managing a roster of trainers, coordinating logistics, and facilitating harm reduction trainings. This role involves building and maintaining systems for training operations, tracking outcomes, and representing NJHRC through public speaking. Successful candidates will have strong project management skills, tech savvy, and experience in training and harm reduction practices.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with harm reduction resources, networks, and advocacy in New Jersey
- Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written)
- Experience managing harm reduction programs specifically (e.g., syringe exchange programs)
- Prior experience supervising staff
