Job Summary
Training Analytics and Projects Manager based in Warsaw Chopin, responsible for aligning long-term crew recruitment, training demand, and training capacity to support growth with efficiency, predictability, and cost control. Acts as a central control tower for integrated long-term recruitment and training planning (12–36 months), translating fleet growth, attrition, and productivity assumptions into hiring requirements; aligning recruitment with training capacity and upgrade timelines; identifying gaps and risks. Oversees long-term training capacity planning (resources like simulators, instructors, infrastructure) and ensures capacity aligns with network/fleet expansion. Owns performance analytics (forecast vs actual, simulator utilization, instructor productivity, training throughput, cost per activity) and drives data-based actions to improve planning accuracy, resource utilization, and operational reliability. Leads transformation and performance-improvement projects to enhance training efficiency and utilization, with defined scope, metrics, and timelines. Manages stakeholder relationships between Group Training, Crew Planning, Recruitment, Finance, and external providers; provides clear reporting to support decision-making. Required experience includes 3-5+ years in planning/analytics, advanced Excel, Power BI, capacity/forecasting methodologies, and the ability to link operational data with financial impact. Educational requirement: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation, Economics, Mathematics or similar. Fluency in English and strong analytical, ownership, and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in planning, analytics, operations, or performance management
- Experience in workforce planning, training planning, or operations planning
- Advanced Excel (mandatory)
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation, Economics, Mathematics or similar
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to translate data into clear business actions
- Structured and detail-oriented thinking
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
