Job Summary
MPT Training Analysts provide Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) and Human Systems Integration (HSI) analyses, develop Program of Instruction (POIs) and NET training packages, create training aids and documentation, and travel to MEF and deployment locations to support fielding and sustainment of a solution, delivering reports and training materials to the customer; responsibilities include conducting job task analyses, workload analyses, and developing capabilities per MIL-STD and NAVMC guidelines, with emphasis on delivering NET curriculum and MPT-related documents for customer approval.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and (7) years’ work related experience
- Minimum Clearance Required: SECRET
