Job Summary
Training Analyst (MPT) responsible for conducting Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) and Human Systems Integration (HSI) analyses (job task, maintenance, workload, training, and personnel analyses) using approved modeling methods; producing reports for customers; developing training support for Logistics leads including NET-related documentation (POIs, lesson plans, Instructor Guides, student handouts, curriculum) and creating training aids (computer-based, interactive, quick reference cards); travel to MEF and deployment locations to support NET and training; creating program documents (MAD Tool, IPT Charters, MPT Plans) and survey instruments; delivering NET packages and related MPT analyses in accordance with NAVMC 1553.1A and PM TCE guidance; requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of experience, SECRET clearance, and the ability to develop and disseminate training materials and analyses across multiple programs.
