Job Summary
Training Analyst - serve as SME for ICADS FoS training; design, develop, verify training materials and user documentation; ensure alignment with NAVEDTRA and OPNAVINST 1500.76; analyze JDTAs to define training requirements; lead MTRP process for optimal training baseline; assist in drafting NTSP and other logistics documents; provide SME advisement on EW and Cryptologic training; coordinate readiness through IOC and Fleet Training events via MTTs; ensure handoff of curriculum to the institutional schoolhouse; require 5+ years of instructional design/training experience, Navy/joint environment, and TS/SCI clearance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of instructor-led and computer-based training development and delivery methods
- 5+ years of experience with instructional design methodologies or teaching
- Experience demonstrating operational expertise in a Navy or joint military environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design (ISD)
- TS/SCI clearance
Desired Qualifications

- NEC 805A Certification (preferred)
