Job Summary
Instructor-led Training Analyst for the Division of State Purchasing to train other state entities in procurement, contract management, and negotiation; facilitates courses, manages certification rosters/databases, and delivers presentations to support the unit’s education goals; requires knowledge of Florida purchasing statutes and rules; proficient with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office; strong written/verbal communication and public speaking skills; ability to lift materials over 30 pounds; willing to travel overnight; valid Florida driver’s license; preference for a bachelor’s degree and professional certifications (FCCM, FCCN, PMP).
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience instructing or facilitating classes using a variety of delivery methods.
- Experience delivering excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of State of Florida purchasing statutes and rules.
