Job Summary
Conduct training and management for the E-commerce/online shopping platform project in Cyberjaya. Manage teams within rotational shifts of 9AM-6PM, 11AM-8PM, or 3PM-12AM, adhering to Malaysia public holidays. Complete assessment, screening in Japanese, and two interviews as part of the hiring process. Join immediately with a competitive salary range of RM 12,000 - 15,000 basic.
Required Qualifications
- Native Japanese speaker
- N2 holder
- 4-5 years of experience in BPO/Call center training and management
- Must be available for Rotational Shifts: 9AM-6PM / 11AM-8PM / 3PM-12AM
- Must be available for Public Holiday: Follows Malaysia Holiday / Off on holiday
- Must be able to pass assessment, screening in Japanese, two interviews, and visa processing
