Training Advisor

Training Advisor for Wiltshire Council’s Family and Community Learning service. In a hybrid frontline role, you will engage disadvantaged and hard-to-reach groups to access meaningful learning opportunities, build partnerships with schools, community organisations and employers, promote courses, increase learner participation, and support the growth and sustainability of the service. Duties include engaging learners through eligibility checks, representing the service at events, contributing to marketing and outreach, identifying opportunities to expand provision, analysing learner feedback, maintaining high-quality data and reporting, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements and quality standards (including Ofsted and ASF). The role requires strong communication and organisational skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach to transforming lives across Wiltshire.
