Training Administrator

Conduct new hire orientation and annual training covering safety, PPE, quality, Lean Manufacturing, and site operations. Schedule training events, coordinate instructors, and distribute instructional materials while managing classroom and shopfloor participants. Administer a recordkeeping system to track employee training progress and review work instructions, SOPs, and operational policies. Assist with the management of the kp Apprenticeship program and prepare learning materials for classes. Complete required PASA audits and drive safety improvements through risk identification and elimination.
