Job Summary

Train and support organizational training programs by managing calendars, coordinating internal and external training activities, organizing events/workshops (venue, catering, equipment, materials), tracking credentialing and scholarships, maintaining training records and reports, providing responsive customer service to trainees, instructors, and internal partners, developing and distributing training materials, and partnering with Marketing/HR/IT to integrate training into key operations. Requires high school diploma and 3+ years of administrative support in a training/HR/workforce development setting; proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS; strong organizational, communication, and data-accuracy skills; able to work independently and across departments; valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Three (3) or more years of administrative support experience, preferably in a training, HR, or workforce development environment
  • Previous Goodwill experience in Mission Services or Operations preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using learning management systems (LMS)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support diverse audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured under the company’s vehicle insurance policy
