Job Summary
Training Admin Specialist responsible for accurate attendance tracking for classes, onboarding/offboarding documentation submission, maintaining shared records per client/internal expectations, and coordinating with program leadership and trainers. Requires strong oral and written communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), ability to multitask in a virtual environment, and flexibility to adapt to changing client and business needs. Occasional collaboration with Training Leadership, Trainers, and various internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, reporting, and documentation align with client requirements. Work location in Bonifacio, Philippines with a robust work-at-home program referenced in the posting, and a focus on supporting customer happiness through effective administrative training support.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of Training Admin experience or relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Exceptional motivational, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to speak to Leadership regarding reporting, findings, etc.
- Schedule Flexibility
- Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
