Job Summary
Design and deliver tailored training programs in Safety and Event Management, covering Crowd Management, Risk Assessment, and Event Safety Protocols. Develop course materials, presentations, and practical exercises aligned with industry standards while conducting assessments to measure trainee progress. Provide mentorship and guidance to enhance skills, ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulations during sessions. Based in Amsterdam for the duration of the training, with multilingual skills in Dutch, English, or other languages being a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a trainer/instructor in Safety, Event Management, or related fields
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in Crowd Management, Event Safety, Risk Assessment, or similar areas
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and interactive training sessions
- Familiarity with international standards and best practices in safety and event management
- Based in Amsterdam for the duration of the training
