Job Summary
Conduct training and development programs for new hires, current employees, and those in job rotation to improve individual and organizational performance. Document each training session, provide follow-up for refresher courses, and evaluate weekly trainee performance to determine progression. Research new training content, collaborate with managers to share ideas, and present information using various instructional techniques. Maintain a safe working environment while attending meetings to inform management of program status. This role supports Midwest Refrigerated Services' logistics operations for the food industry, offering a family-run culture with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401K matching.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner
- Ability to function effectively in a team and fast pace environment
- Ability to identify problems and make sound decisions
- Practice positive team-building skills
- Work effectively with varying levels of management
- Meet MRS attendance requirements
- Shift: Thursday through Sunday, 7:00AM-5:00PM
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior training experience (preferred)
