Job Summary
Design and maintain training manuals and workbooks, ensuring content remains current through direct liaison with supervisors. Compile and submit monthly reports on training activities and needs while assisting in formal induction processes for new hires. Deliver effective training sessions to agents and middle-level staff to improve productivity, provide coaching on soft skills and processes, and organize activities that reinforce learning. Test new staff periodically to evaluate performance and assist in personal evaluations, then recommend improvements based on results. Develop individual results by maintaining policy resources and integrating support with routine job functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years experience developing the above skills
- Experience must include tele-marketing job
- 1 year experience as Trainer in a domestic call center with a team of more than 20 trainees
- Fluency with general desktop productivity software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong people, interaction skills
- Clear diction and clarity in speech
- Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize
- Problem-solving ability
- Creative - out of the box thinker
