Job Summary
Prepare and modify training modules, artifacts, and videos to meet mission requirements established by CIO Operations. Train personnel through formal classroom, virtual, and workshop courses while developing, updating, and maintaining computer-based training materials for the DHA and J-6 mission. Conduct research to revise courses, interview personnel for guidance, and perform peer reviews to ensure content accuracy. Manage a feedback system to capture participant metrics and maintain the J-6 Academy SharePoint site. Design, edit, and produce high-quality audio-visual training modules and the Questions with Leadership video, using specialized software to merge content and add graphics and effects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- six years' experience
- U.S. citizen
- ability to obtain a Tier 1 (T1) Public Trust Clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in identifying and addressing client needs
- actively participating in client discussions and meetings
