Job Summary
Coach Ballot Chasing Representatives to ensure they meet operational objectives while preparing learning materials and presentations for trainees. Present training guides and identify specific training needs to equip trainees for effectiveness in the field. Collaborate with the strategic team and Ballot Chasing Managers to develop training courses and establish methods to track employee training performance. This role requires a deep knowledge of the Chase the Vote initiative to help employees cultivate skills for field application. The position demands strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills alongside effective interpersonal abilities to inspire and engage learners.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience as a corporate trainer
- Effective teaching methods and tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Effective interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners
- Good listening skills that enable trainees to retain important information and apply it in the field
- Passion for conservative ideas and principles
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in training management or program development
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches
- Past/present involvement with Turning Point Action, its affiliates, and/or political campaigns
