Job Summary
Deliver instructor-led training (in-person and virtual) across systems, products, procedures, and compliance topics. Design and develop engaging materials (presentations, guides, eLearning) and maintain up-to-date content. Facilitate onboarding and training for new products, systems, and regulatory updates; translate complex workflows into clear, user-friendly resources; collaborate with subject matter experts; evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance trends; utilize LMS/intranet tools to assign, track, and communicate training; ensure consistency in processes and employee experience across locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Banking experience (retail, lending, operations, or related area)
