Job Summary
Trainer (Manila-based) leads end-to-end design and delivery of training programs across distribution channels, including onboarding/licensing, rookie training, open classes in Underwriting and Claims, and launching new product initiatives. Collaborates with Instructional Design and management to build advanced learning roadmaps, conducts program evaluations, manages training logistics (calendar, venue, materials, budget, attendance, post-course feedback), and supports agency activities (Macaulay, MDRT, Summits). Requires excellent written and oral communication, ability to work with minimal supervision, proficiency with MS Office, and travel readiness. Educational background in Business or Behavioral Science and 3–5 years of training experience in financial, life insurance, or mutual fund industries are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Behavioral Science, or any related field
- 3 to 5 years of training experience within the financial, life insurance, or mutual fund industry
