Job Summary
Deliver engaging Galaxy Workshops by presenting tech products through hands-on demonstrations tailored to customer interests. Educate shoppers and colleagues on product functionalities while fostering loyalty and capturing daily activity data. Support store teams with customer interactions, ensure NPS surveys are completed, and maintain up-to-date training for the full store team. Create a welcoming atmosphere that reinforces brand identity and encourages return visits.
Required Qualifications
- Be a strong communicator, confident in presenting to and educating customers
- Able to tailor your communication approach to different audiences whilst understanding individual needs
- Be curious with a passion for the latest tech
- Have proven experience in delivering presentations to large audiences
- Able to demonstrate experience in retail or customer service and following a customer journey
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment
- Friendly, confident with an engaging approach
- Able to work well as part of a team locally and part of a remote field team
