Trainer - Sales

Job Summary
Develop and deliver sales, tool, and business process training via web, video, e-learning, or in-person sessions using an engaging facilitation style. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for internal customers while documenting operations tools as manuals, job aids, or webinars. Monitor CRM and sales software usage, perform high-level analysis, and partner with sales operations, IT, and marketing teams on application changes. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency gains using Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in sales or training, proficiency in CRM and e-learning platforms, and Lean or Six Sigma knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years sales, sales operations or training role
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- High-energy, high-impact facilitation style
- Ability to build strong relationships, ask good questions, knows how to have natural, strategic conversations to uncover needs
- Can handle multiple priorities and manage a variety of resources
- Possess an attention to detail
- LEAN or six sigma knowledge
