Job Summary
Lead Medicare telesales training for new agents in a hybrid on-site and remote environment. Foster engaging, results-focused training to build confident, high-performing Medicare telesales agents; design and update training materials; provide post-training coaching and nesting; ensure compliance with healthcare regulations; collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning plans; role requires 2+ years in training, active health producer license, and ability to work both virtually and on-site at Kapolei, HI.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in training (telesales or Medicare sales preferred)
- Active resident health producer license
- Ability to commute to Kapolei office as needed
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience in Medicare sales, healthcare, or compliance-driven environments is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom Pro, and CRM systems
