Job Summary
Deliver onboarding, technical, and refresher training for production employees while preparing and maintaining training materials, assessments, and certification records. Coordinate training schedules with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to build workforce capability and support operational excellence. Assess employee competency, manage operator certification and recertification, and promote quality awareness across the production floor. Ensure compliance with safety and company standards while providing training support to production staff. Requires a Diploma or equivalent, minimum two years in test manufacturing, hands-on experience with test handlers, and bilingual communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, STPM, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a test manufacturing or electronics manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience operating test handlers, testers, or related manufacturing equipment.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

- Good presentation and facilitation skills.
