Job Summary
In this Trainer role, you will lead and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF group fitness program, design simple workout plans for members, instruct proper and safe equipment use, manage class schedules, drive sign-ups, and provide bi-weekly exercise updates. You will assist front desk activities including member check-ins, new member sign-ups, club tours, and respond to member questions with professionalism. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, reliability, a passion for fitness, and a customer-service oriented mindset; ability to stand/walk most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
