Job Summary
Trainer responsible for running Planet Fitness PE@PF program at the Valencia, CA location. Design and instruct group fitness sessions, assist new members in achieving fitness goals, promote PE@PF class sign-ups, create bi-weekly exercise updates, and support front desk activities including member check-in, tours, and account updates. Must deliver friendly member interactions, ensure safe equipment use, maintain club appearance, and meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic. Certification required; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, life and disability insurance, optional supplemental programs, and advancement opportunities.

- Completed fitness trainer certification

- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers
- Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
