Job Summary
Join Home Instead as a Trainer on a part-time fixed-term contract, where you will design and deliver training programmes to enhance the skills of Care Professionals and Support Team. Responsibilities include conducting inductions, assessing training needs, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will possess a Level 3 qualification in Education and Learning and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant sectors. Strong communication, training, and organisational skills are essential, along with a flexible approach to training.
Required Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Education and Learning
- Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in a relevant sector
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programmes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Proficiency in creating and updating training materials using various formats
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies
- Good understanding of office software and IT systems
- Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Flexibility to adapt training styles to different learning preferences
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
