Trainer

Deliver training for employees throughout Northwest in both classroom and online settings while assessing performance and providing feedback to supervisors. Identify, recommend, and present new training courses and curriculums, assisting in the preparation of course materials to ensure content remains relevant and up to date. Collect and share participant feedback on training needs, recommend improvements to procedures, and support staff in meeting customer expectations. Manage training efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and project roll-outs while ensuring compliance with third-party vendors, federal, and state regulations. Stay current on learning tools and trends to maximize operating efficiencies and navigate department-specific software.
