Job Summary
Trainers needed for Multispecialty Medical Coding Training in India. Responsible for identifying training gaps, planning retraining sessions with department managers, implementing retraining initiatives, monitoring trainee performance data (including detailed exam results) and presenting findings with proposed resolutions. Conducting refresher trainings during non-training periods, preparing training manuals, delivering continued education sessions, and maintaining an organized RevTrack tracking system. Collaborate weekly with management to report challenges and suggest curriculum or delivery changes. Engage in professional development to advance job-related knowledge, and maintain open communication with trainees to ensure timely completion of departmental goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years coding experience
- 1 year experience with Guidehouse
- AHIMA/ AAPC Certification
- Ability to work in flexible shift including weekend
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret medical records across specialties
- Excellent organizational skills
