Job Summary
Design and deliver engaging training sessions on Management, Negotiations, and Communication skills, developing customized learning materials including presentations, case studies, and interactive exercises. Assess participant needs to adapt training methods and provide feedback and coaching to help learners apply concepts in real-world scenarios. Offer hands-on training on handling difficult stakeholders and fostering collaboration while utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for instructional delivery. Ensure maximum learning outcomes through diverse professional audiences and real-world application examples. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Trainer, Facilitator, or Educator in Management, Negotiations, and Communication topics
- Certified trainer or seasoned public speaker with experience delivering similar courses to professional audiences
- Strong knowledge of business management principles, negotiation strategies, and effective communication techniques
- Excellent presentation skills, adaptable to audiences across diverse professional levels
- Ability to handle multiple learning styles and ensure engagement through real-world application examples
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to all levels of participants
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in preparing and delivering course content
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and Google Workspace
- Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels and ages
