Job Summary
Trainer Lead will manage onboarding training for new associates to drive consistent safety, quality, and compliance processes according to ODW standards. The role serves as the point of contact for associates to meet daily production goals and prevent mistakes and safety incidents, working closely with operations leads and management. Responsibilities include training new employees and retraining/cross-training current employees, completing training/evaluation paperwork, auditing training methods and job breakdown sheets, coordinating training initiatives with the CI Training Supervisor and Operations, delivering Training Within Industry programs, coaching hourly leaders through “train the trainer” sessions, supporting company safety, quality and productivity initiatives, and performing all other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience preferred
- 3+ years of forklift experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools preferred
- Previous knowledge of process improvement procedures and best practices preferred
- Adaptable and flexible
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in providing/receiving constructive feedback
