Job Summary
Schedule and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and virtual instructor-led courses to meet company goals and standards. Monitor training and development needs for all DSPs and home/location/program staff to identify gaps, then actively search, design, and implement effective methods to educate and enhance performance. Provide documentation and reporting on all training activities while monitoring industry regulations to ensure 100% compliance across all Beacon markets. Work effectively with management, HR, and Recruiting staff to drive productivity and maintain a culture of continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience as a trainer/training facilitator, educator, or similar role
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Instructional design, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
