Job Summary
The Trainer II is responsible for delivering client focused training to meet new hire, product updates, and recursive training requirements for Concentrix. Key responsibilities include monitoring student progress in training, providing coaching and feedback, preparing and presenting training materials, achieving training performance metrics, and supporting the transition of agents from training to production. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, have two to four years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong training methodologies along with proficient communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university
- Two to four years of relevant experience preferred
- Proven experience in training methodologies
- Experience in soft skills such as communication skills, critical thinking, time management, and team building
Desired Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop good relationships
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
