Trainer II

Deliver client-focused training to address new hire, product update, and recursive training requirements; mentor trainers and evaluate training programs using feedback methods. Prepare and present training materials through classroom learning and hands-on demonstrations; monitor student progress and provide coaching and development feedback. Maintain product knowledge, collaborate with operations to ensure agents transition from training to production with competency, and contribute to curriculum modifications based on internal feedback and needs analysis. Demonstrate strong facilitation and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to design and deliver training across multiple modalities (classroom, computer-based, written aids) while supporting continuous learning and change management. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred, with a focus on developing training programs and measuring their effectiveness. Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
