Job Summary
This role combines training and HR responsibilities, focusing primarily on developing and implementing training programs for employees while supporting HR activities such as onboarding and employee relations. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of training experience within an HR department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis area in human resources, training, organizational leadership, organizational management, or similar.
- Min. 3 years’ training experience reporting through an HR department.
- Excellent communication skills: Writing, Technology, Presentation, Training.
- Excellent training and teaching skills.
- Curriculum development knowledge and skills.
- General knowledge of Human Resources practices, principles, regulations, and laws.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Organized and detailed.
- Role requires a strong understanding of adult learning and motivation.
Desired Qualifications
- CPTM (certified professional training management) preferred.
- Demonstrated training experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in food.
- Demonstrated training and/or curriculum development experience.
- Experience with HRIS system, preferable with ADP WFM and WFN.
