Job Summary
Identify training needs and develop individual and group programs for associates addressing specific operational requirements. Create training manuals and curricula targeting tangible results for both freshers and laterals while managing necessary technologies and technical personnel. Implement effective training methods to ensure programs meet current operation needs and plan initiatives to improve track efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate with team members, trainers, and management to deliver strategic training based on specialty requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years as Trainer
- Strong knowledge in HIM Coding
- Excellent in verbal and written communication
- Strong knowledge in IPDRG
- Must be certified from AAPC/AHIMA
