Job Summary
Conduct training programs for sales advisors and sales leaders, including product training, location-specific regulations, and role plays. Support the development and updating of training materials while applying experience in automotive sales and mentoring. Deliver both in-person and online sessions with a focus on sales processes and management skills. Work within the Frankfurt/Würzburg/Darmstadt triangle with occasional remote flexibility, reporting to a new training team.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Verkauf in der Automobilbranche
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Präsenz und Online Trainings
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch
- Umgang mit MS Office, ins besonders PowerPoint und Teams
Desired Qualifications
- Du hast schon einige Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb im deutschen Autohandel gesammelt
- Erfahrung im Mentoring, Coaching oder vor allem im Training selber ist dabei ein riesiger Pluspunkt
- Erfahrung mit Verkauf von Elektrofahrzeuge
- Fähigkeit, andere zu motivieren und zu inspirieren
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Lösungsorientiert
- Selbstbewusst
- Fähigkeit zum schnellen Verständnis
