Job Summary
Conduct onboarding training for new dealers and shufflers, covering game rules, technical abilities, and customer interaction techniques. Monitor and evaluate trainee performance during and after sessions while developing and updating training materials such as manuals, videos, and assessments. Collaborate with the Shift Manager to resolve immediate staff difficulties and organize practice sessions for existing staff. Ensure compliance with responsible gaming guidelines and regulatory standards while providing constructive feedback to support employee development. Perform as a dealer or shuffler in case of emergency or need. Fluent in English with previous experience as an online casino Trainer is required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an online casino Trainer
- Strong knowledge of casino games and procedures
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Passion for teaching and coaching with a positive, supportive attitude
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain training standards
