Job Summary
Trainer (on-site in Cape Town) supports new hire training programs and ongoing development for financial services advisors, ensuring adherence to regulations, internal controls, and client requirements. Delivers engaging classroom and virtual sessions, provides targeted coaching, assesses learner readiness through evaluations and structured assessments, and continuously improves training content to match evolving service expectations. Partners with Operations and Team Leaders to identify skills gaps and training opportunities, reinforcing service excellence, attention to detail, and personalized customer engagement. This full-time role emphasizes translating training into measurable service and performance outcomes and adapting delivery to diverse learning needs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a Trainer, Learning & Development, or coaching role
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver training on financial services regulations, internal controls, and client requirements
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for developing people and driving performance improvement
- Ability to adapt content and delivery to different learning needs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
