Job Summary
Academy Trainer at Evolution responsible for preparing and updating training materials and sessions for new and experienced Game Presenters and Shufflers across all study functions, ensuring trainees learn necessary game skills, contributing to program development, coordinating with recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining compliance with procedures, and supporting ongoing training enhancements. Must present punctually, adhere to uniforms, report issues to management, assist in interviews and screening, organize training groups, manage training documentation, and participate in re-training to improve staff performance. Requires at least secondary education, strong communication/presentation abilities, intermediate computer skills, teamwork, and a high level of responsibility and motivation.
