Job Summary
Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users while serving as the first point of contact for staff transitioning to Epic. Manage the full training lifecycle from instructional design to developing materials and scenarios, collaborating with teams to create workflow-based content and assist organizations in software adoption. Travel at least three times annually to customer locations. Requires a bachelor's degree, prior teaching or performance experience, and willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
- Willingness to travel at least 3 times per year to customer locations
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
- COVID-19 vaccination
