Job Summary
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Environmental Waste Management and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) topics for diverse audiences. Develop engaging learning materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises for in-person and virtual workshops. Address key subjects such as waste reduction, recycling, environmental impact assessments, workplace safety standards, risk management, compliance, and emergency response planning. Evaluate participant feedback to adapt training approaches and enhance learning outcomes. Requires proven experience as a Trainer or Educator in these fields, strong knowledge of sustainability principles and safety regulations, and certifications like NEBOSH or IOSH. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is essential, along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science or Occupational Safety.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Trainer, Consultant, or Educator in Environmental Waste Management, HSE, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of environmental sustainability principles and workplace safety regulations
- Excellent presentation skills, adaptable to audiences across diverse professional levels
- Ability to handle multiple learning styles and ensure engagement through real-world application examples
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in preparing and delivering course content
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and Google Workspace
- Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels and ages
Desired Qualifications
